Refund Policy

Overview

At JetCar Adventures, we strive to provide you with an exhilarating experience from the moment you book your tour. We understand that plans can change, so here’s how our refund policy works:

Refunds

We’re happy to accommodate cancellations made before or at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled tour. However, if you find yourself within the 72-hour window leading up to your adventure, we regret that we cannot offer a refund.

Once we receive your refund request, we’ll promptly inspect it and send you an email to acknowledge its receipt. Following this, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, rest assured that we’ll process it promptly. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original method of payment, whether it’s your credit card or another form of payment. Depending on your bank’s processing times, you can expect to see the refunded amount reflected in your account within 14 business days. Please note that this timeline may vary, so we recommend contacting your bank directly for further details.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you’re eagerly awaiting your refund but haven’t seen it yet, don’t worry, we’re here to help:

1. Double-check your bank account to ensure the refund hasn’t been processed and overlooked.

2. Reach out to your credit card company as there may be a slight delay before the refund is officially posted to your account.

3. Contact your bank to inquire about any potential processing times that may be causing the delay.
