- Check-in is 15 minutes prior to your scheduled watersport experience time is required
- Failure to Check-in at our pre described location prior to arriving at the beach will result in delayed start of your scheduled watersport experience and will reduce the length of your experience time. Your experience will end on time as not to inconvenience the next guest. The full value of your experience will be charged (inclusive of all cost associated with reserved experiences; surcharges, taxes & fees).
- The tour will take place at the beach across from Goodman’s Bay Corporate
Center on Cable Beach, West Bay Street. Approximately one (1) minute past

Location Photos
General
- All belongings should be left in a vehicle/out of reach. (There will be no lockers for
storage). - JetCar Bahamas Adventures is not responsible for any items misplaced,
damaged, or stolen while on tour.
Mandatory Agreements
The following Agreements must be completed prior to the use of any PWC (Private WaterCraft) or JetCar:
- Damage Liability and Credit Card Authorization
- Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, Waiver of Claims & Indemnification Agreement

Guests/Customers commit to reading the following guides and manuals prior to the use of any PWC (Private WaterCraft) or JetCar and to adhere to these instructions:

This policy is subject to update from time-to-time at the discretion of JetCar Adventures.
If a JetCar Experience Photo, Video And Drone Package or JetCar Experience Professional Photoshoot Package was purchased, the media will be emailed to the email address provided within two (2) business days.
Refunds
- We’re happy to accommodate cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled tour. However, if you find yourself within the 72-hour window leading up to your adventure, we regret that we cannot offer a refund.
- Check-in is 15 minutes prior to your scheduled watersport experience time is required
- Failure to Check-in at our pre described location prior to arriving at the beach will result in delayed start of your scheduled watersport experience and will reduce the length of your experience time. Your experience will end on time as not to inconvenience the next guest. The full value of your experience will be charged (inclusive of all cost associated with reserved experiences; surcharges, taxes & fees).
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled watersports experience will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the full value of your experience (including all cost associated with reserved experiences; surcharges, taxes and fees).
- No-Shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the full value of your experience (including all cost associated with reserved experiences; surcharges, taxes and fees).
- No refunds will be issued once watersports experience has commenced.
- Once we receive your refund request, we’ll promptly inspect it and send you an email to acknowledge its receipt. Following this, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, rest assured that we’ll process it promptly. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original method of payment, whether it’s your credit card or another form of payment. Depending on your bank’s processing times, you can expect to see the refunded amount reflected in your account within 14 business days. Please note that this timeline may vary, so we recommend contacting your bank directly for further details.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you’re eagerly awaiting your refund but haven’t seen it yet, don’t worry, we’re here to help:
1. Double-check your bank account to ensure the refund hasn’t been processed and overlooked.
2. Reach out to your credit card company as there may be a slight delay before the refund is officially posted to your account.
3. Contact your bank to inquire about any potential processing times that may be causing the delay.
If, after taking these steps, you still haven’t received your refund, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at bookings@jetcaradventures.com. Our friendly team will be more than happy to assist you further.

- The JetCar experience involves getting wet, so comfortable and appropriate
clothing such as swimsuit/trunks are recommended. - Guests should not wear anything they would not like to be wet.
- A towel/change of clothes is also recommended.
